It became clear through the local community institutions in the camp that the camp environment needed a book fair and the dissemination of culture in the camp, in order to promote books and encourage students, young men and women to read, read, and constantly search for knowledge.Therefore, we at the Vision Cultural Center took it upon ourselves to launch a book fair in the camp, to create an open cultural and knowledge environment in cooperation and participation with cultural institutions in the camp, publishing houses, and libraries in the Palestinian and Lebanese neighborhood.

- Arranging the display of books in the various pavilions and managing the pavilions with an explanation of the books on display.
- Exhibition opening ceremony and ribbon cutting.
- Cultural event - a cultural symposium on the role and importance of culture in societies
- Cultural Event 2 - Hosting a Palestinian writer to talk about his creative experience.
- A poetry evening for young poets in the camp
- An open cultural artistic evening featuring the Palestinian heritage song
- Graduation ceremony for computer and English courses at the center.
